Creamy Scallion Dip
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
4 ounces Swiss cheese, finely grated (about 1 cup)
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 (2-ounce) jar DROMEDARY Diced Pimentos, drained
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 cup sliced scallions
Toasted slivered almonds, optional DIXIES Drumstick Snacks Crackers
Blend together first seven ingredients in a 1-quart casserole. Bake in a preheated slow oven (325°F.) 15 minutes, or until heated through. Garnish with almonds, if desired. Serve warm with DIXIES Drumstick Snack Crackers. Makes about 2 2/3 cups dip.
